Labor Board Issues Complaint Against Aramark, Reaffirms Decision That PJB is the Exclusive Bargaining Rep for Aramark Workers in Philadelphia

On March 1st, the National Labor Relations Board issued a complaint against Aramark for its continued failure and refusal to bargain with, and remit union dues to, the Philadelphia Joint Board, reaffirming its decision that the PJB is the exclusive bargaining representative of thousands of Aramark workers in Philadelphia.
